Person Tracing & Process Serving In Lockdown

With lockdown extended another 3 weeks, we all seem to be getting into the swing of working from home. It can be distracting and there are times when we often stare out the window or find ourselves cleaning the kitchen as it all of a sudden becomes more important. But, we are still tracing and process serving. 

We have had a huge increase of enquiries for person tracing and process serving and to be honest, lockdown is making it easier for us.

The majority of people are being told to stay home so when we serve, we have a much higher chance of getting to bring the documents to their attention. 

It is the same with tracing, we can verify addresses much easier. We have also introduced a no find, no fee desktop person tracing fee. We interrogate our database systems and if we cant find them on their, you don’t pay. We can then move onto our enhanced person tracing which includes field investigation. Although the enhanced trace doesn’t come under our no find no fee policy due to the work involved, we do have a much high success rate.

The above fees include a witness statement or certificate of service. A fee of £10 shall apply to include a sworn affidavit.
