Employment Sickness Investigations

We are here in case it does go wrong. We can provide various investigative methods to assist you in gathering the evidence needed for the dispute. We work closely with numerous solicitors who can also come on board to advise on the best course of action for you and the business.

The Process

1. Initial Consultation

We will hold a consultation with you either on the phone, by email or in person to discuss your case particulars and objectives. Here we need to understand the exact aims and requirements of this case and we usually discuss this through with HR and/or senior management.

2. Proposal

We will then provide a clear strategy and plan for the investigation along with a fixed cost price.

3. Agreement

You accept our proposal and agree to our terms of business, data protection policy and measures set out in the quotation. Payment is then made on account.

4. Commencement

Once we have received payment on account along with the full instruction, we commence the investigation. On completion you will be provided with a report of our findings and the case closed, with all information being passed back to you.

We do not hold any details on record once the case has been completed, unless legally required to do so due to impending court cases.
