About Us
We are an established and experienced private investigation company created by our founder, Charlotte Notley.
Our office is located in the heart of Norwich city centre on Rose Lane making it accessible for all our clients with private meeting space.
Whether you are looking for a long-lost family member, wanting to trace assets of a debtor, create your family tree or suspect theft and fraud within your business, Taylor Investigations are here to help. We have dealt with extensive corporate and private clients on many investigation cases and have strong codes of practice.
Charlotte
The Boss
After leaving behind the police force Charlotte started Taylor Investigations, working hard to build a faultless reputation in the industry in 2016.
Charlotte enjoys all aspects of the investigation industry and is highly recommended both personally and as a business. Charlotte received a Ba(Hons) in Criminology from Sheffield Hallam University and often looks to understand the reasons behind people’s actions.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family along with a good boxset/series drama. Oh, and wine. Or gin. That works too!
Jamie
The one who finds the answers
Jamie is one of our Investigators and carries out our process serving, person and asset tracing as well as training in Surveillance. Jamie has a degree in Psychology which he achieved whilst studying in America. He also interned with a Private Investigation company whilst across the pond.
Jamie loves to play football in his spare time and can be seen playing in Dereham.
Debbie
The one who digs around
Debbie is our investigator and process server and comes to us with a background in Forensic Examination and covers our Norwich office as well as the Cambridge and Bedford area.
Debbie is a mum of 2 teenagers and enjoys spending time with the family and her dog.
Ben
The one who you will speak to
Ben is one of our trainee investigators and marketing assistant. Ben is completing his Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with us.
Ben enjoys going the gym in his spare time, as well as spending time down the pub.
Steve
The one who gets things done
Steve is an investigator and process server, and no stranger to the investigations field. Steve is a former Counter Terrorism, Drugs and Child abuse Detective Sergeant and we are very lucky to have him as part of the team assisting our clients on all investigation and process serving matters.
Steve has a passion for the gym, acting in his spare time, and running around after the apple of his eye, his daughter.
Loren
The one who keeps us all organised
Loren is our Admin Assistant and boy would we be lost without her keeping us all organised and in check! No administration is too much to scare Loren off.
Loren is a family woman and has two of the most incredible children so in her spare time she is super mum and we are in awe of her everyday.
Diane
The one who keeps in touch
Diane is our Client relations manager and keeps in regular contact with our clients, current and new. Diane is a former Scotland Yard Fingerprint Officer and loves a good chin wag, so it was only fitting to have Diane as our member of the team to keep in touch with everyone.
Rick
The one who tells us what to say
Rick is our marketing manager. He tells us what to say online and in our marketing. Rick has always worked in marketing, social media marketing, print and promotional merchandise and he guides our business to ensure we can be found easier by our clients.

The ones you won’t see
We have agents working out the head office in Norwich and throughout the UK. Of course, we can’t tell you who they are. That would defeat the object of being ‘private’ investigators!
