Process Serving

Taylor Investigations has specifically trained staff for the serving of all forms of legal documents.

They are delivered in person to individuals and businesses in a time frame to suit the client and the urgency of the legal case at hand. In most cases the law states a person must be notified in person of any impending legal action which is being taken against them.

We are always up to date with relevant legislation to ensure the process is carried out within all current laws as well as offering a fixed fee for the service. Upon service of the documents, we will provide you with a witness statement, certificate of service, statement of service or sworn affidavit within 24 hours of service.

If you need a process server for your documents, our team is quick, thorough, and professional.

We have a range of options to suit, pricing and more info can be found here: Process Server pricing.

The Process

1. Initial Consultation

We will hold a consultation with you either on the phone, by email or in person to discuss your case particulars and objectives. We need to know what needs serving and the time scale it needs to be completed in.

2. Proposal

We will then provide a two tier pricing structure which is dependant on location and how quickly it is needed.

3. Agreement

You accept our proposal and agree to our terms of business, data protection policy and measures set out in the quotation. Payment is then made on account.

4. Commencement

Once we have received payment on account along with the full instruction, we commence the process serve. We utilise three attempts and once completed we provide a statement of service to prove completion.

A digital copy is sent via email and the wet signed copy will be posted out to you with the exhibits. We hold the digital copy on file for 2 years in case of pending court hearings which require our evidence again.
