Client: Insolvency Practitioner

Objective: Secure all digital records and make forensic copies on site

Our client, in conjunction with HMRC and a solicitors firm, approached us requiring assistance on a commercial site to secure and make forensic copies of all digital records held within a limited company for a Provisional Liquidation.

“We assembled a team of 5 digital analysts and 2 of our close protection operatives”

We completed a full team briefing to take place the evening before the provisional liquidation was commenced.

Our team arrived on site and commenced the securing of all digital records along with physical book records to be secured by the Insolvency and legal team. Our analysts proceeded to forensically copy all phones, laptops and computers as well as negotiate with the IT team in control of the virtual servers.

The Taylor Investigations team remained on site for 7 full days securing all the evidence required as well as removing some items back to the lab for further analysis. This was paramount to the ongoing multimillion fraud investigation.

Overall during our investigations and as a result of our forensic analysis, further frauds were uncovered nationally and worldwide as well as large proportions of funds recovered.
