The Process
1. Initial Consultation
We will hold a consultation with you either on the phone, by email or in person to discuss your case particulars and objectives. Here we will ask you as much information about the individual you are looking for and the reasons behind it.
2. Proposal
We will then provide a clear strategy and plan for the investigation along with a fixed cost price.
3. Agreement
You accept our proposal and agree to our terms of business, data protection policy and measures set out in the quotation. Payment is then made on account.
4. Commencement
Once we have received payment on account along with the full instruction, we commence the investigation. On completion you will be provided with a report of our findings and the case closed, with all information being passed back to you.
We do not hold any details on record once the case has been completed, unless legally required to do so due to impending court cases.
Still Have Questions?
That’s okay. Why not give us a ring, speak to us on the live chat or send us through an email? We will answer any questions you have and work with you to ensure the investigations we offer will get you the answers you are searching for.
Get in Touch
Whether it is by phone, email, letter or live chat, we can answer any questions and get started on your investigation. We don’t work a typical 9am-5pm so don’t feel you have to ‘wait til tomorrow’ as we could be online now!
